“This was our first time to go to Canyon Lake and we are hooked! This home is even better than in the pictures and the wall of windows looking out to the lake is incredible. We had a group of 10 and we ate every meal outdoors as we couldn’t get enough of the view and the large patio table was perfect for lengthy conversation. I loved the open floor plan and the two living rooms. The teens and kids hung out in their area and the adults had the top floor living and kitchen and balcony. The beds were so comfortable that I even asked the owner where she bought the pillows! I forgot to bring mine and that is something we usually find lacking when we rent houses. This one was perfect. The kids loved feeding and naming the deer in the yard. Thank you for providing the deer corn! What a cute touch. We also rented the golf cart and a jetski and a pontoon boat from the owners. That completed our lake experience! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to Delyn and Sandy for all of your help with lake area advice. The binder was great and had all of the answers we needed. (Once I thought to check there first!) The owners were very responsive and patient as I asked many questions about things that were pictured or explained right there in the welcome binder. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!”
“We had a great time and made so many amazing memories on the boat! Scott and Sandra were very informative, excellent hosts and answered all questions promptly. The boat was ready when we arrived, was very spacious for our party of 8 and in excellent condition. The water skiis and tube were a plus and was our kids favorite part of the boat ride (the adults had a blast with them too)! I don’t leave reviews often but I highly recommend Scott and Sandra’s boat rental and we will definitely be renting again the next time we are in Canyon Lake!”
“We were greeted by friendly deer when we arrived to this beautiful home. Corn was available to feed them and some ate out of our hands! The views are absolutely amazing, pictures don’t even fully capture it’s beauty. The home was spotless, with everything you need. It was super close to the neighborhood boat ramp, and within driving distance to boat/water sport rentals. After spending the day in the lake we grilled dinner on the massive deck and made s’mores from the fireplace also on the deck. We had my 16 and 18 year old and a couple of their friends with us and the floor plan was perfect for this. They basically had their own little private area with lake views, a living room, bedrooms and bathroom with PLENTY of space, while my husband and I had the main floor with living area, kitchen, master, and the deck where the whole family would gather for meals and games. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for the amazing experience!”
“This is a MUST STAY with QUALITY and EXCEPTIONAL service! Beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood, two minutes from the water made for an amazing weekend! We also rented their boat and had a blast! The captain, Scott was extremely kind, informative and generous! I will absolutely book this property again and could not recommend it enough!”
“Sandra’s place was absolutely fabulous. This immaculate home has a prime location, spectacular views, comfortable mattresses and pillows, and thoughtful touches throughout. Sandra goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My husband and I usually dread traveling because we miss our bed so much. This was the first time we were able to sleep so soundly, we could’ve stayed indefinitely. Our sons spent every evening watching movies outside on the balcony, cuddled up in front of the fireplace. Each morning they rushed out to feed the deer from the food container provided. They will miss their deer friends tremendously. This was definitely one of our favorite, most memorable and comfortable family vacations, and this house is a big reason why.”
“Our family has visited Canyon Lake 3 weeks since June and have stayed three different places. This one was a favorite for sure. The homeowners went the extra mile leaving fresh flowers and wine. We are a family of 6 and we’re doing virtual school during our last stay the Internet worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. The deer were a favorite to come home to each day after being on the lake. But the best part is the patio and view! We did not want to go home and will definitely be back.”

Sandy was very helpful in accommodating us at the last moment and Scott made sure our kids had the right size life jackets. The weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time.
